This number sends short case offers and alerts to licensed TAP clinicians and GXB staff who opt in. Each text has a short label, such as "New case waiting in TX", and a link to a staff page on https://ehr.gxb.vc. Texts contain no patient health information. The number does not take patient messages.
Staff opt in on their GXB EHR profile page: they enter their mobile number and tick an unchecked consent box. See staff SMS consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of work.
We use this data only to send you case offers and alerts for GXB EHR. Twilio, our carrier, delivers the texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
